@Tesco I have returned home after shopping at our Tesco store and found that a tin of quality street is missing. It’s definitely on the receipt and we were selected for a bag check where the person checking took items out of the trolley. What can I do?
@BravoBenefits is there a problem with the app? I usually get my Tesco giftcard without any problems but today I’m getting an error. Very strange. I’m using the same card (not expired), same amount for giftcard. Help please.
@VueHelp hi, I’ve just generated some voucher codes and when I enter each of the codes on the web site for my bookings it says ‘The voucher code is not valid and may have been used or expired’. This can’t be the case as I’ve just generated them. Help please.
@AXAHealth awful customer experience this morning. I have received a letter about a claim which just states ‘we need some information’ so I called the number on the letter only to be told that the number is incorrect and I need to use a different number. over 40 mins wait!!!!!!!!
@SkyUK really poor customer experience here. I’ve renewed my package for another 18 months and today received packaging to return my equipment. If this was my mum (elderly lady who lives on her own) she would be worried and in a panic by now
