Dear @bhupro @PMOIndia @CMOfficeUP @JPNadda @nitin_gadkari @rajnathsingh @brajeshpathakup @vc_bhu @vc_officebhu infrastructure and amenities are one of the best here but I found lack in medical practices. My grandfather who is an ex-military and ex-custom serviceman aged 85 years has been admitted here yesterday, having multiple problems including kidney and lever. Inspite of having bilirubin more than 7 and severe kidney and heart problem, he has not been provided proper treatment, they have kept him in general ward just with a sodium tablet and oxygen. We have tried a lot in last 24 hours but now hopeless watching a military man so helpless. He may leave us any moment in this way and trust me all blames will be on just BHU management and all correlated departments.

Very unprofessional and pathetic service, same as I was been told by others. Just making false promises and repeatedly trying to prove the customer's fault. I went in Tata agency with negative perception and it will continue throughout my life.

I booked tickets through paytm from varanasi to prayagraj for 20-02-2025. While booking it was cancellable but now when I am cancelling it I am unable to do so.

Dear @ dominos, I have ordered a pizza which showed me delivery time 30 minutes but it's already more than 50 minute and I didn't got it, it's still showing dispatched. Unable to call the store. Is 30 minutes delivery guarantee just a marketing stunt.
