I get booking pick up timing showing 10mts around 1km is heavy traffic reached location customer canceled this trip . But even cancel fee not given for uber

I got booking form uber drop timing showing 31 mints but enter otp drop timing showing 51mints but 1rs not increase for 20mints @Uber_Support @Uber_India
