@ACTFibernet Veryy BAAADD Customer Support Facility and post connection Support. I raised SR to cancel my connection on 15th Dec 23, Retaintion Team member called and I clearly said II want to cancel She confirmed the same and kept the account active.

Now the Customer support guy is saying SR is raised and you have to pay for pro rated basis... WHAT TYPE OF FRAUUUUD activity is this???? No support nothing.. My num : 8287056686.... Any manager or higher authority can check n call back of anyone exists

I checked today in app its still active. Now when I called again , They have put same guy sitting in English Hindi Telegu all support and if u call back to back same person picking not allowing to talk to manager also. nobody replied my email feom yesterday

@makemytripcare @makemytrip very pathetic service and support experienced in Nainital today. booked hotels with hill view and no view provided and hotel in an all side closed qrea. Very Bad behaviour by hotel and MMT stuff cut calls 4 times.

@ACTFibernet Very pathetic service. I am not having internet since yesterday afternoon, even after raising a ticket they are not interested at all to resolve urgently. It has hampered 2 days of my work and still no Fueld engineer is assigned and no work started.

@PaytmTravelCare Hello team, It has been 4 days I have been chasing for the refund from Paytm for Bus cancellation. Nothing has been actioned or reflecting in my orders yet. This is very poor service with money being stuck for days with no action.
