Good question.
I ask you: if you produce a product, or you have a high-value product to sell, do you prefer a high price or a low price?
Actually, this is something even a child can answer. The logic is simple.
If the Pi Core Team were against GCV, we would not be on Open Mainnet, and we would not see continuous technology upgrades from them.
Why?
Because if GCV were harmful, all their work would go to waste.
Right now, Pi has only one value: $314,159.
There is no other value. Please don’t say exchange market prices are value—that is not value.
It’s like buying an airplane ticket: you must make sure your destination is correct, otherwise you will end up in the wrong place.
It’s the same here. The PCT must ensure that GCV does not harm the project before announcing Open Mainnet last year.
