On top of that Jeeves guy said that warranty will be void if the installation done by the Brand itself, That is Ultimate and he said that in the Ekart call itself which has basically recording feature from their end. When I said I am recording the call he disconnected.

I called the Samsung Customer Care India and they have resolved the issues and made things calm.
As usual Flipkart just _fecked_up with their bot messages. And they continue to harass the normal unaware customers by their Jeeves subsidiary.
