Missing piece is Operational Diligence - how does the biz. execute - critical talent, org., operating framework, capacity, capability etc. - and how these must flex to deliver the thesis.

The other issue is hiring = "good guy" from my network. May or May not work depending on context, and jobs to be done.

Execution and value creation happens on roles well beyond the CXO teams - understanding this, and strengthening it is critical to avoid time dilation and value leakage in a deal.
