This is a scary safety issue. Since raising it, Amazon wiped my "Refund Pending" status & blocked my support chat to suppress evidence! I've lodged a formal Gov case (NCH Docket: 9**75). Big Tech can't leak data & block recourse. Please RT to expose this loophole! 5/5

I called Amazon Support for answers. They explicitly clarified: There is absolutely no legal way for a delivery agent to access a customer's unmasked number. Their system is supposed to hide it. Yet, an external contractor easily exploited an internal leak loophole. 4/5 👇
