طوفانی بارشوں میں کراچی کےشہریوں کی ہی نہیں بلکہ سندھ کی نسل پرست حکومت اورشہر پر مسلط ضمیرفروشوں کےجعلی اورکھوکھلے دعوؤں کی بھی موت واقع ہوگئی ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کراچی میں طوفانی بارشوں کے سبب عوام بدترین سیلابی صورتحال کا سامنا کررہے ہیں ، بارش ہوتے ہی بجلی غائب ہوگئی ،پورا شہراندھیرےاوربرساتی پانی میں ڈوب گیا،برساتی پانی لوگوں کے گھروں میں داخل ہوگیا اور حکومت کی نااہلی کےباعث آنے والی اس تباہی کے نتیجے میں متعددشہری جاں بحق ہوگئے( اناللہ وانا الیہ راجعون) #کراچی_کی_پکار_الطاف کراچی میٹروپولیٹن شہر اورصوبہ سندھ کادارالحکومت ہے ، کراچی وفاق کوریونیو کی مد میں 60 فیصد سےزائد حصہ دیتا ہے اور سندھ حکومت اس حصے کو بنیاد بناکر وفاق سے اضافی فنڈز لیتی ہے لیکن اس کا فائدہ کراچی کونہیں پہنچتا۔ کراچی اوراس کےشہریوں کو تعصب،عصبیت اور نفرت کا نشانہ بناکر سزا دی جارہی ہے ، جاگیرداروں اوروڈیروں پرمشتمل سندھ کی نسل پرست حکومت نے کراچی کو لاوارث بنارکھا ہے ، کراچی اور اس کے شہریوں کا کوئی پرسان حال نہیں ہے ، فوجی اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے جن لوگوں کو فارم 47 کے تحت نتائج میں دھاندلی کرکے کامیاب کرایا آج ان ضمیرفروشوں اور سندھ حکومت کے جعلی اورکھوکھلے دعوؤں کی پول کھل گئی ہے اور کراچی کے عوام ماضی میں ایم کیوایم کی فلاحی خدمات کاتذکرہ کرکے الطاف حسین کو یاد کررہے ہیں ۔ دنیابھرمیں آبادی کے لحاظ سے شہروں کی منصوبہ بندی کی جاتی ہے ، ترقی یافتہ ممالک تو 25 سال کی منصوبہ بندی کرتے ہیں اورآبادی کی شرح میں اضافے کے پیش نظر فراہمی آب، نکاسی آب کے نظام کو جدید بناتے ہیں لیکن وفاقی اور سندھ کی صوبائی حکومت کراچی کو78 برسوں سے لوٹ رہی ہے ،کراچی میں بلند بلڈنگیں تعمیرکی جارہی ہیں ، ملک بھر سے عوام کراچی میں آباد ہورہے ہیں لیکن شہرکے انفرانسٹرکچر کو بہتر بنانے میں نہ تو وفاق کو دلچسپی ہے اور نہ سندھ حکومت کو کراچی کے مسائل کے حل میں کوئی دلچسپی ہے ۔ ایسا لگتا ہے کہ ایک سازش کے تحت کراچی کے عوام کو انتقام کا نشانہ بنایاجارہا ہے۔ کراچی کے انفرااسٹرکچر کی بہتری اورتعمیروترقی کیلئے ملنے والا پیسہ پیپلزپارٹی کے جاگیردار وڈیرے لوٹ کرکھاجاتے ہیں اورملک وبیرون ملک اپنے بنگلے جائیدادیں بناتے ہیں ۔ آج طوفانی بارشوں میں کراچی کے شہریوں کی وفات نہیں ہوئی بلکہ سندھ کی نسل پرست حکومت کے کھوکھلے دعوؤں اورفارم 47 کے تحت کراچی پر مسلط کیے گئے ضمیرفروشوں کی بھی موت واقع ہوگئی ہے ۔ کراچی کے عوام کوغربت، مہنگائی ،بے روزگاری، بجلی ، پانی ، گیس اور امن عامہ کے مسائل کا سامنا ہے ، شہریوں کی گلیوں میں ڈاکوؤں اور لٹیروں کا راج ہے جو بے گناہ شہریوں کو لوٹ کرقتل کررہے ہیں ، سندھ حکومت نے ڈمپرمافیا اور ٹینکرمافیا کو کراچی کے شہریوں کو کچلنے اور لوٹنے کا کھلا لائسنس دے رکھا ہے اور انتخابات میں دھاندلی کے ذریعے کراچی کے عوام پر مسلط کیے گئے عناصر قاتلوں اور ڈاکوؤں کے ساتھ دعوتیں اڑارہے ہیں ، بے شرمی اوربے غیرتی کا مظاہرہ کرکے شہیدوں کے لہوکاسودا کررہے ہیں ۔ میرے مخالفین بھی اعتراف کرتے ہیں کہ ایم کیوایم کا نظم وضبط مثالی ہے اور میری قیادت میں ایم کیوایم کے رہنما، منتخب نمائندے اورکارکنان ہرقدرتی آفات ، سانحات اور حادثات کے موقع پر متاثرہ عوام کے درمیان رہاکرتے تھے، انکی مدد کیا کرتے تھے،ایم کیوایم اور خدمت خلق فاؤنڈیشن بلاامتیاز وتفریق عوام خدمت کیلئے 24 گھنٹے متحرک رہا کرتی تھی اور میں لندن سے بیٹھ کر ان کی کارکردگی کا جائزہ لیاکرتا تھا اورجب تک عوامی مسائل حل نہیں ہوجاتے تھے میں چین سے نہیں بیٹھاکرتا تھا۔ 21، اگست 2016ء تک شہربھرمیں محلہ کمیٹیاں قائم تھیں اور کسی کو جرات نہیں ہوتی تھی کہ وہ کسی خاتون پر میلی نگاہ ڈال سکے یا کسی کو لوٹنے کی ہمت کرسکے ،ایم کیوایم کے مرکز نائن زیر و پر مرکزی رہنماؤں ، منتخب نمائندوں اورتمام قومیتوں کے علیحدہ علیحدہ دفاتر کی شکل میں پورا تنظیمی ڈھانچہ موجود تھا ، خدمت خلق فاؤنڈیشن کی ایمبولینسیں ، رضاکار ، ایم کیوایم میڈیکل ایڈ کمیٹی کے ڈاکٹرز اور پیرا میڈیکل اسٹاف ہمہ وقت متاثرہ افراد کی امداد کیلئے موجود رہا کرتےتھےلیکن 22،اگست2016ء کےبعد @OfficialMQM کی سیاسی وفلاحی سرگرمیوں پرغیر اعلانیہ پابندی لگادی گئی ، نائن زیروکو sealکردیا گیا پھر آگ لگاکر بلڈوز کردیاگیا۔ آج کراچی، حیدرآباد اور سندھ کے شہری علاقوں کے عوام خود کولاوارث سمجھ رہے ہیں ۔ 1/2

The torrential rains in the port city of Karachi swallowed many precious lives. The rains, on the other hand, exposed the ugliness of the fascist PPP-led Sindh provincial government. Equally, the false and hollow claims of the sell-outs imposed on the city have also perished. #کراچی_کی_پکار_الطاف The urban flooding has affected Karachi worst due to heavy rains. Soon after the rain started, electricity supply was switched off, the entire city sunk into darkness and floods; the rainwater entered people’s homes, and because of the incompetence of the rascist government, many citizens lost their lives. #Karachi is a metropolitan city and the capital of #Sindh province. Karachi contributes more than 60 pc of the revenue to the national exchequer, and the Sindh government uses this share as a basis to demand additional funds from the center, but Karachi never benefits from it. Karachi and its citizens are being victimised with prejudices, bias, and hatred. The racist feudal government of Sindh, consisting of landlords and feudal lords, has left Karachi abandoned. There is no one to take responsibility for Karachi and its people. Those who were fraudulently imposed through Form-47 by the military establishment have now been exposed, their hollow claims and the Sindh government’s lies stand exposed. The people of Karachi, recalling the past welfare services of MQM, are remembering Altaf Hussain. Around the world, city planning is based on populous. Developed countries plan 25 years ahead, modernizing water supply and drainage systems according to population growth. But both the federal and provincial governments have been looting Karachi since past 78 years. High-rise buildings are being constructed, and people from all over the country are settling in Karachi, but neither the federation nor the Sindh government has any interest in improving the city’s infrastructure or solving Karachi’s problems. Karachi’s citizens are deliberately being targeted in a conspiracy. The funds meant for the development and infrastructure of Karachi are looted by the feuds of the PPP who use them to build mansions and properties in Pakistan and abroad. Today, in these torrential rains, not only have Karachi’s citizens died, but also the hollow claims of the racist Sindh government and the sell-outs imposed on the city through Form-47 have also been exposed. The people of Karachi are facing poverty, inflation, unemployment, power blackouts, water and gas paucity, and law-and-order crisis. In the streets of the city, robbers and looters dominate, killing innocent citizens after robbing them. The Sindh government has given the dumper mafia and tanker mafia a free hand to crush Karachi’s people. Meanwhile, those imposed on Karachi through rigged elections are dining with murderers and thieves, shamelessly trading on the blood of martyrs. Even my opponents admit that MQM’s discipline was exemplary. Under my leadership, MQM leaders, elected representatives, and workers were always present among the affected people during natural calamities, man-made tragedies, and accidents, providing help. MQM and Khidmat-e Khalq Foundation worked tirelessly, without any discrimination, to serve the people 24/7. I used to monitor their performance from London, and until the public’s problems were resolved, I would not rest. Until August 21, 2016, local residential committees existed throughout the city, and no one dared to even cast an evil eye on a woman, let alone rob anyone. At Nine-Zero, MQM’s headquarters, there was a full organizational structure with central leaders, elected representatives, and separate offices for all communities. KKF’s ambulances, volunteers, MQM Medical Aid Committee’s doctors, and paramedical staff were always ready to assist the affected. But after August 22, 2016, a ban was placed on MQM’s political and welfare activities. Nine-Zero was sealed, then set on fire and bulldozed. 1/2
