@ramchandna3 @cmohry This is really pathetic as illegitimate demand was done by Adani realty. Irrespective of so many requests by allottees of this project, they are adamant on thier demand, now pushing for final payment and possession, even complex is not habitable. Authorities must intervene!!

@adanirealty Instead replying on issues, they are insisting on making the payment. Project has lot of issues of infrastructure and basic amenities like power, water, safety. Lot of shortcomings inside the flat. How we make the payment when we have no answer on these and on demand.

@adanirealty Hi already sent many mails. But have no clear reply. Please advise you CRM team to provide the basis of charges in demand letter. Also there are many infrastructural issues like no boundaries, no Power, no water connection, no community hall/creche.
