â¨đˇâŠ â¨âī¸ Rule of Law or Mob Rule?
Crowds surrounding opponents, labeling them âoccupiers,â and handing them to policeâcritics say this reflects a dangerous turn toward mob-driven politics.
đ In Kishoreganj, a local leader was reportedly detained by a crowd before being handed over by political activists.
â But when courts and laws exist, why take justice to the streets?
Justice belongs in the courtroomânot in the hands of organized crowds.
Otherwise, it risks becoming pressure over process.

Intimidation and Attacks on Journalists to conceal vote rigging
----
For journalists, the cost of reporting truth exposing ongoing election manipulation under Yunus regime has been appearing deadly.
Titu, a journalist, was ruthlessly assaulted and threatened with life by Jamaat e Islami backed violent activists as he went to capture vote theft plotted by Jamaat activists.
Since the schedule of this sham polls were announced, Yunus regime oversaw mob attack on media offices and arbitrarily jailing journalists on false charges in the name of press freedom, an ominous precedent but overlooked by international rights groups.âŠ

How Yunus regime forcing press to hide mass vote boycott
This video clearly shows total absence of voters from the polling station. Yet a journalist was seen desperately trying to package absence of voters as a sign of high voter turnout, ostensibly in fear of retribution from Yunus regime.

The people of the country have boycotted this farcical election.
Where forceful takeovers and violence are happening in the name of voting, ordinary people have refused to become victims of mobs.

General people have boycotted Yunusâs rigged election.
Even after spending tens of millions of government money, voters are not showing up at polling centers.
đAt the polling center of Shambhurpur Secondary School in Tajumuddin Upazila, Bhola district, voter turnout is almost nonexistent â by 12 noon, only 6% had voted.

Captured image from police body cam exposed empty polling centers
While the regime and its paid observers seek to project the polls a mass scale festivity, reality appears totally different.
A rare footage from on duty police cops camera showed true extent of mas scale vote boycott in the ongoing sham polls.

75-year-old Abdul Malek is told that his vote has already been cast!
This is the picture of voting in Yunusâs mob-run country â
all the votes were cast during the night.
What is happening now is just for show.

The Vote Was Cast Even Before Voting
In Yunusâs rigged election, there is no need to go to the polling center to cast a vote. The vote is already cast before people even arrive. This is how voting is being carried out across the country in this illegal election.
#Bangladesh #BangladeshElections #BangladeshElections2026
When people are excessively oppressed and deceived - when even in exercising a basic right like voting, they are not allowed to choose their preferred candidate - they reject it.
In a mob-run country, people have therefore boycotted Yunusâs illegal election. Because they know this election is rigged. The results are pre-determined.
đ¸ Watch the videos â all polling centers are empty, in Dhaka and all over the country.

@JonFDanilowicz Don't be afraid, Danny boy. AL is not NCP or Jamaat and will not resort to violence to seek revenge. It will come, that's for sure, but in different ways.
@SanaYousafzai9 Why is pakistan so interested in Bangladesh's internal affairs? Pro-Pak mob vandalised Deputy HC of India and people like Hadi threatened to attack India several times. they have every reason to interfere here. what would Pakistan do if same things would have happened with them?
@UNHumanRights Good call, but wt abt the attacks on @dailystarnews, @ProthomAlo, @NewAgeBDcom's Editor, and #Chhayanaut? Where is your s/ment on lynching of Dipu Chandra? Don't act like activists and start working impartially. Your role before and after July attacks should be scrutinized, too.
Using the death of #OsmanHadi as a pretext, #Yunus-backed political mobs unleashed a wave of coordinated #violence across #Bangladesh last night, targeting diplomatic premises, political opponents, historical landmarks, and cultural institutions.
Osman Hadiâhimself a controversial youth leader widely accused of instigating #mob violence during his lifetimeâhas now become a rallying symbol for further lawlessness. Under the cover of outrage over his death, mobs allegedly patronised and protected by the Yunus-led Interim Govt and its allied political groups carried out what can only be described as a night-long orgy of violence across multiple districts.
Diplomatic Mission Attacked in Chattogram
One of the most alarming incidents was the attack on the Assistant High Commission of India in Chattogram. Hadiâs supporters reportedly pelted the diplomatic mission with stones and bricks, directly violating international norms governing the protection of foreign missions. Law enforcement attempted to intervene, but clashes ensued, leaving at least four people injured, including two police officers. News:

Systematic Targeting of #AwamiLeague Leaders
Across the country, residences linked to Awami League leaders were selectively attacked, vandalised, and set on fire. Among those targeted were:
- The Chattogram residence of former minister Mohibul Hasan
- The Bandarban residence of former minister Bir Bahadur
- The Dhaka home of the brother of former MP Habib Hasan
These attacks appear neither spontaneous nor random, but part of a broader pattern of political intimidation aimed at erasing opposition presence through fear and destruction. News:â¨

Dhanmondi 32: Historical Erasure by Bulldozer
For the third time, the Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi 32 came under attack. What remained of the structure after previous assaults was reportedly bulldozed by a politically protected mob before being set on fire. That a site of such historical significance can repeatedly attacked by mobs with complete impunity shows the utter law and order failure under the Yunus Govt. Till last reports, the violence at the site is still continuing unabated. News:

â¨Cultural Institution Chhayanaut Attacked
The violence extended beyond political targets to the cultural sphere. At around 2 am, the premises of Chhayanautâone of Bangladeshâs most prominent Bengali cultural organisationsâwere forcibly entered, vandalised, and set ablaze. Some members of the mob justified the attack by claiming Chhayanaut promoted âIndian cultural practicesâ and therefore had âno place in Bangladeshâ. News:

â¨A Monster of Their Own Making
For over sixteen months, the Yunus-led Interim Govt and allied political groups, including the #NCP and #JamaatEIslami, have been accused of weaponising #mob violence to serve narrow political objectives. These mobs were encouraged, materially supported, and shielded from accountability, allowing a culture of impunity to take root. Now, even if the authorities wished to rein them in, they appear unable to do so.
The violence unleashed last night suggests that the forces once cultivated for political leverage have now grown beyond control, turning against institutions, heritage, diplomacy, and public safety alike.
What Bangladesh witnessed last night was not a protest but the predictable outcome of sustained indulgence in mob rule: a state losing its monopoly on force, and a society paying the price for it.
