“Ibrahim Khaldoon Hilmi is charged with one of the biggest Medicare scams in history - allegedly orchestrating a massive $3.7 BILLION scheme to defraud Medicare. He’s been on the run since May of 2025 - but we got him.
Thanks to outstanding work from FBI Miami, the Justice Department, and our partners in Turkey, Hilmi was apprehended overseas and after a Foreign Transfer of Custody, he is back in the U.S. to face justice.
This is yet another massive win for this FBI’s war on fraudsters with the White House Task Force led by VP Vance - and a monumental victory for the Trump administration showing that any criminal actor who steals from the American taxpayer will be caught, no matter where they try to hide.
Special thanks to Ambassador Tom
Barrack who continues to be an invaluable partner to us - this case could not have been accomplished without his tireless work.
#WATCH | Delhi: At the Republic TV Summit 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi says, "Sridhar Vembu is seated here. When our entrepreneurs operate with a 'Nation First' spirit and set their goals while understanding the country's needs, institutions are built, and the nation prospers. What has Sridhar Vembu achieved? I recently visited VivaTech in France. There must have been around 1.5-2 lakh young people present. The French President and I were visiting various stalls to see the work done by these young innovators. We visited the Zoho stall. I was amazed and felt a sense of pride to see the crowd of European youth gathered there. They were eager to understand this new global phenomenon. Perhaps it hasn't been discussed as much in India as I witnessed in France..."

India’s tacit, but unambiguous, partiality towards the losers of the US-Israel-Iran war has been a costly error of judgment.
if it wants to be respected as a big power, it needs to step to the responsibility that comes with it
in my @htTweets column I list 5 lessons for Delhi
A colonial British scientist believed that an Indian's intelligence could be determined by the WIDTH OF THEIR NOSE.
For India was ground zero for many early experiments of race science & anthrometry (the measuring of humans) – curiously with missionaries playing an integral role in it.
Edgar Thurston came to India to buttress the massive ethnographic effort – an effort not simply centered on scientific aims but also to fashion laws around ethnicities, further dividing Indians for ease of rule.
Missionaries were integral in Thurston's effort - the measuring and classifying of various Indians. They helped in guiding Thurston to various tribes & castes for measurement and detailed their mores.
Thurston believed that an Indian's intelligence could be determined by the inverse proportion to their nose. He also helped popularize fingerprinting.
Eventually, Thurston's findings helped create the Criminal Tribes Act which rendered various Indians as criminal upon birth, simply due to their caste.
This would cause untoward situations such as the case in Madura. Kallars, a designated criminal tribe, were 40% of those in jail there. British officials pointed to this as an example of the efficiency of the act. However, this was a result of the fact that whenever a crime was reported in Madura, justice became finding a random Kallar & jailing them.
@DivaJain2 It will now be used as a reliable reference by Wikipedia to support the idea that Indians, after thousands of years of civilisation, somehow never thought of building a garden till Babur came and taught is.
India had no gardens when Babur came to India and Nehru wore a rose in memory of his wife?
I hope he took it off when he went to meet Lady Mountbatten.
FT should call itself Fiction Times.
The Gandhian state will molly cuddle& pamper him, offer him privileges in return for not acting out what he thinks & says.
It’s why India is , where it is.
Need a zero tolerance approach to fanatical Islamists in all spheres. Cut benefits, no employment and noeducation access
Indian born Muslim says: "I was born in India and raised in India. But I fully support Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. As Muslims, as believers, we are one body. Our allegiance is not to a passport or some border. It is to Allah, Muhammad and to our fellow Muslims."
Don't hate him for his disloyalty fanaticism. First, understand where it comes from. Second, accept the reality of the situation. Finally, work for a Hindu Rashtra so people like him (and the liberals who support him) can never be a threat to India.

Nonsense. He removed it to get his house sold at a better price. So its a choice he made and not being forced, pure greed.
If he was a man of his convictions, a real Hindu, or remotely proud of his culture he would have left the murti in.
He is the kind of supine, spineless Indian that allowed the British Raj to prosper and would probably salaam every foreigner if it would get him credits in their book.
India can have him back. Coward.
Narendra Modi’s Most Enduring Legacy May Be Psychological, Not Political:
After more than a decade in office, Narendra Modi’s most consequential achievements may be neither economic nor electoral.
They lie instead in the transformation of India’s collective self-confidence, the redefinition of national identity, and the emergence of a more assertive state that increasingly sees itself as both a civilizational power and a global actor.

Depth of Pakistan’s history?
Or depth of ignorance?
Or depth of diplomatic hocus pocus?
Takshashila was founded around 1000 BC. Islam itself emerged about 1600 years later and Pakistan itself was created in 1947.
Walking through #Taxila, it’s impossible not to be struck by the depth of Pakistan’s history. For centuries, this was a centre of learning that connected people, ideas & cultures from across the region & beyond. A fascinating visit and a beautiful reminder of 🇵🇰 rich heritage.
Decades before the UK grooming scandal, India suffered the 1992 Ajmer grooming and mass rape horror. Journalists and politicians hushed it up for fear of being branded Islamophobic. Children who were raped still do the rounds of courts to get justice. As grandmothers.
My views:
Around 2600 BC, Indus Valley created a mineral, ernstite for drilling carnelian and agate. Only recently people realized that it's not a natural mineral but it's made out of heating sandstone and laterite to 1100 degrees. You know how important is that for human technological evolution? There are only two other items in the whole of human history before Industrial Revolution which are near to it in hardness(7.5-8 on Moh's Scale) - Wootz Steel(again, Indian) and porcelain. Just think. For more than 4000 years, humans weren't able to match that technology. 4000 years!!
