Selten hat man eine derart umfassende und zugleich prägnante Zusammenfassung der grassierenden Kriminalität und Inkompetenz der Trump-Regierung gehört. Indem Malhuret zunächst einzelne Kabinettsmitglieder und deren absolute Ungeeignetheit für ihr Amt beleuchtete und den Blick dann auf die umfassenderen Muster von Korruption und Bösartigkeit weitete, lieferte er ein Paradebeispiel für politische Kommunikation.

Jedes große US-Medienhaus sollte diese Rede ausstrahlen, um den Amerikanern vor Augen zu führen, was die Welt von Amerikas Führung hält.

Das “Heizungsgesetz”, von dem nahezu alles ohnehin schon seit November 2020 in Kraft war und von dem alle Heizungsverbote von CDU/CSU stammten (Habeck hat mehr erlaubt als die CDU/CSU) wird nun zur Täuschung umbenannt.

Das neue müsste seit Mai 2026 gelten und seit dem 01.12.2025 vorliegen. Der Bau stockt. Wir laufen in eine gigantische Katastrophe, weil für das gesamte nächste Jahr die Neubauplanungen aller größeren Gebäude ausgesetzt sind.

Der mit weitem Abstand größte deutsche Wirtschaftszweig (rund 2 Mio. Firmen, fast 10x so viel Umsatz wie die Automobilindustrie) wird nächstes Jahr zu großen Teilen arbeitslos sein und die Insolvenzen haben bereits tausende Firmen getroffen.

Das ist die Politik Merz!

Und die AfD wäre noch sehr viel schlimmer, weil die alle Regeln abschaffen wollen und zugleich alle Förderungen ebenso. Es gäbe von den Banken dann keine Finanzierungen mehr und nahezu niemand hat genug Bargeld, um ohne Kredite bauen zu können.

Der Text des Heizungsgesetzes scheint in großen Teilen zu bleiben.

Es wird jede Menge Wortersetzungen geben.

Wie es mit dem Dämmstärken der Gebäudehülle weitergeht, ob die von CDU/CSU in der EU geforderten Lüftungsanlagen in Deutschland nun zwangsweise geben wird oder nicht, niemand weiß es. Und deshalb kann man 2026 nichts planen.

Denn am Bau geht es grundsätzlich knapp zu.

Würden die Dämmdicken (die wesentliche Vorgabe im „Heizungsgesetz“ (dieser schäbig, diffamierende Name für das GEG war schon immer falsch) durch Merz/Reiche nun plötzlich 2 cm oder gar 4 cm dicker (oder dünner, müsste man die Dicke der Außenwände und Dächer anders planen.

Werden die Wände allseits dicker, verschiebt das die Lage der Treppenhäuser in die Badezimmer, die Badezimmer in die Schlafzimmer, die dortige Schrankzone verschiebt die Schlafzimmertür im Flur und ggf. die Fenster von Bad und Schlafzimmer, die Küche passt plötzlich nicht mehr und die Tür zum Kinderzimmer vielleicht auch nicht mehr. Man müsste alles umplanen.

Weil dieses Umplanen aber viel zu teuer wäre und keine Bank Kredite für unkalkulierbare Bauvorhaben gewährt, werden schon 2026 nahezu keine Bauträgerprojekte (größerer Wohnungsbau) und schon seit 2025 kaum noch Verwaltungs- und Industriebauten geplant.

Merz hat schlicht und ergreifend übersehen, dass er nach der mehrjährigen Kampagne („Das Heizungsgesetz kommt weg“) gleich zum Amtsantritt dem Bau hätte sagen müssen, wie es dann weitergeht, damit die Planungen hätten weitergehen können.

Schon seitdem die Ampel geplatzt war, wurden am Bau Finanzierungen für Großprojekte auf Stopp gesetzt, weil man nicht mehr wusste, was unter Merz vielleicht komplett anders werden würde.

Dass er den Bau nun seit Herbst 2024 in eine Warteschleife geschickt hat, das führt zu hunderttausenden Arbeitslosen, zu Massenentlassungen in der Baustoffindustrie und zum Verlust der Handwerker, die man dringend bräuchte, um später wieder in normalem Maß bauen zu können.

Und noch schlimmer: Merz schiebt die ausgebildeten und am Bau unverzichtbaren Syrer, Afghanen und Afrikaner ab, wodurch die Baupreise in ungeahntem Maß in die Höhe schnellen.

Früher wussten CDU/CSU, dass Angebot und Nachfragen den Preis bestimmen.

Merz und Söder, beides Rechtsanwälte, wussten das wohl nicht.

Wenn man dem Bau die ausländischen Lehrlinge und Gesellen nicht und verhindert, das die Klügeren auf die Meisterschule gehen und danach Firmen leiten, dann gibt es plötzlich viel weniger Handwerker und die Preise für Handwerksleistungen werden sprunghaft in die Höhe schnellen.

Ja, man kann Ausländer abschieben. Dass das Bauen dadurch möglicherweise um 20 % teurer wird und Handwerkerstunden vielleicht (so wie in der Schweiz schon länger) um die 100 €/Stunde kosten werden, das hat Merz übersehen, als er darüber gesprochen hat, dass ihn das „Stadtbild“ stört.

Merz will keineswegs nur Pflegepersonal der Krankenhäuser und Pflegeheime abschieben, sondern hunderttausende Handwerker.

Researchers at Oxford and Cambridge published a paper in Nature proving what is happening. They call it Model Collapse.

Here is the mechanism in one sentence. AI trained on AI-generated data gets dumber every generation until it forgets what real human data looked like.

The internet is filling with AI-generated content. Blog posts. Articles. Reviews. Comments. Social media. AI companies scrape the internet to train the next generation of models. Which means the next generation of AI is being trained on the output of the current generation.

Each cycle loses information. Not randomly. It loses the rarest, most unusual, most creative parts first. The researchers call these the "tails of the distribution." The weird ideas. The unexpected perspectives. The things that made the internet feel human. Those disappear first.

What remains is the average. The safe. The expected. The bland.

Then the next generation trains on that. And loses more. And the next generation trains on that. And loses more. The researchers proved this is not a slow decline. Major degradation happens within just a few iterations. Even when some of the original human data is preserved.

They tested it on large language models. On image generators. On statistical models. The pattern was the same every time. The output converges toward a narrow, flattened version of reality that looks nothing like the original data.

The lead researcher put it plainly. "Large language models are like fire. A useful tool. But one that pollutes the environment."

The pollution is invisible. You cannot see which sentence on the internet was written by a human and which was written by AI. Neither can the AI that is about to train on it. And once the tails are gone, they do not come back. The damage is irreversible.

This is not a prediction anymore. It is a diagnosis.

The internet you grew up on was built by humans writing things no algorithm would have written. Strange, personal, imperfect, alive. That internet is being diluted. One generation of AI at a time. And the models trained on what remains are learning a smaller and smaller version of the world.

Model Collapse is not a technical problem. It is a cultural one. The thing that made the internet worth reading is the thing that disappears first.

But chatbots only work on human data…

If everyone is using chatbots, software development is frozen in time. Everyone is just remixing old ideas, just breathing their own exhaust.

Every LLM is a very lossy codec. It compresses the entire history of human knowledge through training into a giant file. To decompress the parts you want, you query it with natural language.

But if you aren’t putting anything new in the file, you’re just getting the same stuff back, maybe remixed in a different way, but there are no novel ideas being added. And if no one uses their brain anymore, because their “agent” has replaced cognition, there never will be new ideas.

Chatbots are not just a dead-end technology. In the limit, they are the end of ALL technology.

La nuit dernière, la Russie a lancé des frappes massives contre plusieurs villes ukrainiennes, principalement Kyiv et Bila Tserkva.

De nombreuses cibles ont été touchées, les dommages collatéraux sont eux très nombreux. Voici ce qu'il faut savoir :

🔹Un peu plus de 100 missiles lancés (90 rapportés par l'Ukraine qui annonce 54 abattus, c'est probablement plus de missiles et moins d'interceptions) ainsi que 600 drones d'attaques, principalement pour occuper la défense aérienne.
🔹Une frappe d'Oreshnik sur la base aérienne de Bila Tserkva au sud de Kyiv, 3ème utilisation de cette arme faite pour emporter une tête nucléaire mais dont l'action dans l'utilisation conventionnelle reste limitée à l'énergie cinétique de ses ogives.

Qu'est ce qui a été touché ?

🔹Ce matin, comme chaque lendemain de frappes, de nombreux immeubles résidentiels et et zones civiles sont en feu, avec une importante couverture médiatique. C'est normal, cela fait partie de la guerre. Avec une telle nuit de frappes, il est évident qu'entre les missiles détournés, les dommages collatéraux des frappes et les retombées de la défense aérienne/missiles abattus, il y a beaucoup de vidéos de zones civiles touchées.
Cela ne change pas que la Russie porte la responsabilité totale de ces dommages civils puisque c'est elle qui a causé directement ou indirectement ces pertes civiles.

ChatGPT diagnosed 40 million people with a disease that was invented as a joke.

Not a real disease. Not a misunderstood disease. A completely fictional condition with a fake name, fake papers, and fake statistics.

And it told patients to see a specialist.

The disease is called Bixonimania. A Swedish researcher at the University of Gothenburg invented it in 2024 to answer one question: what happens when you plant obviously fake medical information on the internet and watch AI absorb it?

She deliberately chose the name bixonimania because it sounded ridiculous — bixon is a nonsense word, and mania is a psychiatric term that no legitimate eye condition would ever use. She uploaded two papers to a preprint server. Both were obviously fraudulent. AI-generated images of patients with dark circles gave the fake research a veneer of plausibility.

Then she waited.

She did not have to wait long.

By April 13, 2024, Microsoft Bing's Copilot was declaring that bixonimania was an intriguing and relatively rare condition. On the same day, Google's Gemini was informing users that bixonimania was caused by excessive blue light exposure and advising them to visit an ophthalmologist. Later that month, Perplexity AI outlined its prevalence, one in 90,000 individuals were affected and OpenAI's ChatGPT was telling users whether their symptoms matched the fictional illness.

One in 90,000. A precise statistic. For a disease that does not exist.

Every red flag was visible. The name was absurd. The papers were crude. The condition made no scientific sense. None of the AI systems flagged any of it.

They read the fake papers. They absorbed the fake statistics. They presented both to patients with clinical authority and zero hesitation.

Then it got worse.

Three researchers at the Maharishi Markandeshwar Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in India published a paper in Cureus, a peer-reviewed journal owned by Springer Nature, the parent publisher of Nature itself that cited the bixonimania preprints as legitimate sources.

A real peer-reviewed paper. In a Springer Nature journal. Citing a fictional disease as established medical fact. Passing editorial review. Entering the permanent scientific record.

It was only retracted after the hoax became public.

Nature published a full investigation of the experiment. Alex Ruani, a health-misinformation researcher at University College London, called it a masterclass in how misinformation operates.

Here is the scale of what this means.

More than 40 million people turn to ChatGPT every day for health information, according to OpenAI's own analysis. ECRI, a US patient-safety nonprofit has named chatbot misuse the number-one health technology hazard of 2026. ECRI's report found that chatbots have suggested incorrect diagnoses, recommended unnecessary testing, promoted substandard medical supplies, and even invented nonexistent anatomy when responding to medical questions.

Number one. Out of every health technology hazard that exists in 2026.

An April 2026 study published in BMJ Open found that nearly half of the answers provided by leading AI chatbots to common health questions contain misleading or problematic information.

Nearly half. Of all health answers. From the tools 40 million people use every day.

Here is the line from the researcher that cuts through everything.

The Bixonimania case is striking precisely because it was engineered to be so obviously fake. The real question it raises is: what is passing through the same systems that is not nearly so easy to spot?

The experiment used a ridiculous name. Fraudulent papers. Visible red flags at every level.

It was designed to be caught.

It was not caught.

The AI that told patients about Bixonimania is the same AI they asked about their chest pain, their medication, their child's symptoms, and their cancer screening schedule.

40 million people. Every day.

And nobody is telling them that nearly half of what comes back may be wrong.

Abraham Lincoln got shot in the head and still managed to keep the country together. Franklin Roosevelt ran the entire Second World War from a wheelchair. Eisenhower defeated Hitler and then, just to stay busy, built 48,000 miles of motorway. Kennedy looked at the moon, said “we’ll have that,” and inside a decade they did. Reagan stared down the Soviet Union until it simply gave up and went home.

Two hundred and fifty years. Forty-six men. Men who stormed beaches, split atoms, faced down nuclear annihilation over breakfast and then filed sensible paperwork about it afterward.

And then, after all of that, the entire accumulated weight of American history, the most consequential democratic experiment the world has ever seen, produced this.

A television review.

No Mars landing. No cure for cancer. No Soviet empire dissolved before lunch. Just a man in the White House, in the year 2026, informing the internet that a CBS chat show host had no talent.

That is what 250 years of American greatness built. America should be deeply, permanently ashamed of itself.
