Week 1 — +$154, learned to stand aside on regime change days. 1st day of the month/week treat as a calibration day, what does price want?

Week 2 — +$1,031, started doing structured reviews, more data showed a lot of leaks. The reviews became the multiplier. Main point was understanding myself and what the data confirmed I was doing.

Week 3 — +$1,112, system + reviews clicked. Confirmation rule formalized after going back through every loss and finding 82% came from entering before the 10m confirmed. Learned subconsciously my contract sizing gave away my confidence level, Ai spotted this instantly and connected the two. That opened my eyes, a tick more aware.

Week 4 — +$2,411 on 88% WR. Stood aside Monday on the regime change day. Closed Friday small on a low-energy day, already went into protection mode. The system was simply followed and executed. This was the best patience week with less trades. Note more patience = clear head = better decisions.

Week 5 — +$900 through US/Iran tensions, an OPEX day, and a holiday-shortened week. Three of the hardest tape conditions in trading, in one week, stayed green. For me this is the equivalent of going to the moon and back.

The Countertrend line is on purpose. It's not an edge. It stays visible as a gauge — when the count creeps up, that's my warning to taper. A visible leak can't ambush you.

The real unlock wasn't a setup. It was finding the root leak: I wasn't trading bad setups, I was entering good setups too early. My judgment was already there. The gap was 30 seconds of patience.

Stopped trying to be braver in the moment. Started moving every decision to where the moment couldn't reach it. Pre-written invalidation. Mandatory confirmation. Pre-emptive withdrawals on winning streaks. Architecture, not willpower.

The dollars are the readout. The system is the work.
