@Conza @paulsaladinomd Any idea on what might be causing me to feel lightheaded and always being tired? Also I shredded 10lbs in 8 days which was kind of alarming (I’ve never lost weight that fast). I feel like I’m missing a step or is this my body adjusting? Appreciate any feedback!
