@greateranglia I think originally we were on the train that hit the poor person. Personally I think the guard should have been honest and upfront at the start. We got a panicky message and then absolutely nothing at times. It wasn’t what I would suggest is professional.

@LNER ok I understand you have worked hard over the last couple of days. However, the manner that Kings Cross was handled today wasn’t very good. Communication was appalling and I’m convinced the amount of people there was due to being encouraged by your app and website.
