@Jubileele3 @RichardBarrow @MFAThai I believe if you have a COE then it will be acknowledged and accepted for entry. I'd speak to the local Thai Embassy and see what they say, if non-responsive and no further news on COE/app then I'd say just apply for the COE and use that to enter.
