@arncf19@mahindraesuvs@anandmahindra This is a fantastic car ,it needs a good suspension tune ,early adopters need to be treated equally as the new car owners
@mahindraesuvs Premium EVs need premium service. Many BE6 & 9e owners have reported suspension issues, yet there’s no official recall, update, or timeline from Mahindra.
Acknowledge the issue and give owners a clear resolution date. Don't leave your early adopters stranded
@anandmahindra
@anandmahindra Hi sir ,
Since the past two days I have been posting on x regarding my cars problem
Not even a single person from the mahindra zonal team has called us or enquired about our problem
When you don’t give heed to customers
Then what is the point in selling these cars
It is really getting on the edge
If this is the attitude no one would be buying your cars anymore
I really feel ashamed buying 3 Xev 9e cars from mahindra
I’m attaching the vin no of all my 3 cars
1)MA1VP271BS6L93681
2)MA1VP271BS6C86596
3)MA1VP271BS6E93375
These are my own three Xev 9e
Despite complaining not even a single follow up or reply has come up
This is mahindra folks
@anandmahindra
Sir my name is sairam from hyderabad
I own a mahindra pack3 purchased in 2025 which has done 45000 kms till date
Firstly I’m writing this post with a lot of grief and sadness ,I have purchased this car with a lot of confidence and lot of hope on mahindra
Seeing me my father and brother also purchased the same car
So we have around 3 Xev 9e in my home
But since some past few months my car is having constant glitches and problems
Even though I was patient with the car
These days I’m having a lot of problem with the suspension
Leave about the issues first
Let’s talk about the customer care response first
When you launch a global product like the bev
Their should proper way to treat the customer
This is where all the problem is coming
The mahindra technical team ,even the people who represent mahindra also do not care about the complaints or grievances
When we post something to @anandmahindra it is automatically redirected to the service Centre
This is where the problem comes
The service Centre can’t solve all the problems
This is where mahindra fails
Even when we ask about a problem we are facing the fact mahindra doesn’t respond
It just asks the service Centre to respond
Anways what I have gone through with mahindra customer care and the lacklusteredness response from mahindra is really pathetic
Mahindra should really train its technical team and zonal heads irrespective of their job and etiquette to deal with its customer
Building a brand means not producing world class cars ,it should also have some ethical values
I’m really feeling sad for purchasing a mahindra
I hope this post reaches @anandmahindra
I hope my car problems will be solved
I hope mahindra and mahindra won’t spoil its brand name anway
Lastly I don’t want mahindra to involve any service Centre in this whole fiasco
The service Centre where I serviced my car were really helpful
The problem lies with mahindra technical team

@RapidoCares Subject: URGENT: Complaint against Captain Shaik Afzal (TS12EU5173) – Physical Assault, Harassment, and Extortion
Dear Rapido Support Team,
I am writing to file an urgent, high-priority complaint regarding a traumatic experience I had with a Rapido captain, Shaik Afzal (Vehicle No: TS12EU5173), during a recent parcel delivery.
During this service, the driver engaged in severe misconduct that violated all safety protocols and basic human decency. Upon arrival, the driver aggressively demanded extra cash beyond the fare displayed on the app. Although we complied with his demand for additional money to resolve the situation, he did not stop there.
Following the payment, the situation escalated significantly. The driver attempted to physically manhandle me and subjected us to verbal abuse, including the use of offensive cuss words. This level of aggression and physical intimidation is completely unacceptable.
I am holding Rapido responsible for ensuring the safety of its customers. Given the nature of these actions—which include extortion, verbal abuse, and physical intimidation—I expect an immediate and thorough investigation into this captain.
I request the following actions to be taken immediately:
1. Permanent Suspension: The immediate and permanent blacklisting of this captain from the platform to prevent further harm to other customers.
2. Formal Investigation: A detailed report on the actions taken by your safety team regarding this incident.
3. Customer Protection: Information on how your support team intends to address the safety breach that occurred during this ride.
I have attached the details from the app for your reference. I expect a prompt response regarding the status of this complaint and the disciplinary actions initiated against this individual.
Sincerely,
Incident date -July 16th
Time -10:00pm

Mahindra XEV 9e – A Serious Safety Issue That Cannot Be Ignored
This is no longer about customer service. This is about road safety.
My family purchased six Mahindra XEV 9e vehicles because we believed in Mahindra and trusted the brand. Today, I am forced to publicly raise a safety concern after exhausting every possible channel.
My XEV 9e accelerates and brakes on its own without any input from the driver. Even with regenerative braking, cruise control, and all related features turned OFF, the vehicle repeatedly surges forward and then brakes abruptly when it reaches the speed limit of a driving mode. The result is constant jerking, unpredictable vehicle behaviour, and a complete loss of driving confidence.
I did not make this claim based on a single incident.
For four consecutive days, I spent hundreds of kilometres testing this issue with the Mahindra dealership in Uppal. Multiple videos were recorded. Extensive road tests were carried out with the dealership’s Code Tech and Technical Head sitting inside the vehicle. The issue occurred repeatedly during these tests and was witnessed firsthand.
To eliminate any doubt, three other XEV 9e vehicles owned by my family were driven under the exact same conditions. None of those vehicles behaved this way. Only my vehicle displays this dangerous behaviour.
After all the evidence, the time invested, and the extensive testing, the response I received was shocking:
“Just adjust to it. It’s okay. Don’t drive at those speeds. Go slower.”
Is this really the standard of customer support and engineering diagnosis that Mahindra stands for?
A customer reports that a vehicle is accelerating and braking on its own, spends four days helping your technical team reproduce the issue, provides video evidence, and the final advice is simply to “adjust” and avoid those speeds instead of fixing the vehicle.
If this behaviour is truly “normal,” then every XEV 9e should behave the same way. They clearly do not.
I have lost valuable time, travelled hundreds of unnecessary kilometres, and fully cooperated with every test requested by the service team, only to be told to live with what I believe is a safety-related defect.
I am requesting Mahindra’s senior management, engineering team, and quality department to immediately investigate this vehicle, review the diagnostic data and videos, compare it with the other XEV 9e vehicles that function correctly, and provide a technical resolution instead of dismissing the concern.
I am posting this publicly because I do not want another customer to be told that unintended acceleration and braking is something they should simply “adjust” to.
Safety cannot be compromised. Customers deserve answers.
