This week at Private sector Bank in Tier-2 city, I saw a so-called Manager openly screaming at employees on call. He said you must reach people’s homes by 7AM because at 10AM no one will be there. He even mocked his own staff saying, ‘If you can’t work here, go do farming.’

Banks today are worse than any other jobs, endless targets, humiliation, threats, and public scolding's. And while this toxic culture is crushing employees, leading to suicides, @RBI and DFS sit comfortably in silence, pretending nothing is wrong. SHAME.
