Stop the Raidurg Land Auction.

The proposed TGIIC auction of 10.63 acres in Survey No. 83/1, Raidurg, on August 17 and 21 must be stopped immediately.

Survey No. 83 has been declared a Heritage Site, while competing ownership claims involving SBI and Waqf rights are already under legal scrutiny. The Supreme Court has also stressed the need to prevent the creation of third party interests while such disputes remain unresolved.

In 2020 @revanth_anumula you approached the courts seeking protection for these Raidurg lands. After becoming Chief Minister, how can you now allow an auction that could create third-party rights over disputed property? One stand in the Opposition, another in power?

From HCU’s environmental lands to Raidurg’s heritage rock lands, Telangana’s precious public assets are being put at risk.

The government must establish lawful ownership and protect this heritage precinct. No auction should be permitted until the title and legal status of the land are conclusively determined.

I urge you to immediately stop the proposed auctions and protect these lands for future generations.

A couple was allegedly attacked by a pitbull while visiting a property in Patiala with a real estate dealer.

The husband and wife had reportedly gone to inspect a house they were considering purchasing. When they rang the doorbell, the pitbull inside the premises suddenly lunged at them and attacked.

Local residents reportedly rushed to the couple's aid and tried to rescue them. However, the dog had already inflicted multiple bite wounds on both victims.

The husband and wife sustained injuries to various parts of their bodies and were subsequently admitted to a private hospital in Patiala for treatment.

Further details regarding the incident and any action by the authorities are awaited.
