If you're studying in an average Tier-3 college, don't keep too many expectations from campus placements.

First, very few good companies visit. Then you clear multiple rounds, only to find out there's a bond, unpaid training, relocation at your own expense, or terms that were never mentioned before.

The placement numbers look great on paper, but the reality is often very different.

The sooner you start building skills and opportunities outside college, the better it is.
