Honestly, I think you should just vote Tory! But seriously, why keep voting in parties you know will fail us? Reform are Tories 2.0, you've said yourself you weren't happy with them but they are the only chance of winning. I see so many saying they will vote Reform but are not happy with them or don't trust them.

Why don't you ALL have the courage to vote for real change? If we all vote for change we will get it, there's still time before 2029.

Voting for Tories or Reform will not change a damn thing, they are promising change but we all know from many years of experience, they will break their promises once they get in. Then our country will be lost, it'll all be over, forever.

I get it's totally your choice Richard, but I hope you and others doing this don't end up with regret in the future.

Yes! I've been saying this for ages.

When I read the https://t.co/k0IrKGDhJh website on foreign travel advice, I am told that the FCDO advises against travel to Afghanistan, Eritrea, Lebanon, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, Turkey, the list goes on.

There are also links on the pages of all of those countries, to a page called Advise For Women Travelling Abroad. On that page, there are sections and links for Rape and Sexual Assault while in those countries, for Drug-assisted Rape or 'Date Rape', Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Forced Marriage Abroad, Child Abduction, as well as a comprehensive list of resources.

There is also a separate page for advice to LGBT+, so the Government know there is a specific threat to those people as well.

The message is very clear, "Here is a list of countries that are VERY unsafe to go to, here it a list of what you might expect to happen to you while there, and here are all the organisation to help you if the first two lists didn't scare you enough. Really, the number of people traveling to that country must be very low after reading all of those warnings. The Government is clearly looking out for you here.

Then why the hell is that same Government letting in people from those same countries that it's warning us about. Not only letting them in, but letting them in unvetted, knowing that at least some of them have murdered and raped on the boats on the way over in the last 24 hours?

Safeguarding box ticked on their website, but not in practice.

Murder and rape averted in words, but not in reality.

Danger warned of abroad, but welcomed into the UK with open arms.

Labour hates Britain. Especially its women and children.

I had to read this three times before I could believe it was real.

Rotherham. A small town in northern England.

For sixteen years, at least 1,400 children — some as young as eleven — were raped, gang-raped, and trafficked between cities by organized groups of men.

Eleven years old.
Petrol was poured on them so they would stay quiet.
Their families were threatened with death.
Photos were taken and used as blackmail.

The police knew.
The council knew.
The social workers knew.

For sixteen years, not one of them moved.

Why?
Because officers were afraid of being called racist if they acted on what they were seeing.
That was the whole reason.
While children were being sold, adults were protecting their own reputations.

That is the moment something in you breaks.

And here is the part that makes it worse.

The TV networks did not report it. The papers did not chase it.
When the journalist Andrew Norfolk finally broke the story, even he thought maybe 150 girls had been hurt.
The real number was 1,400.
He was staggered.

This should have been the biggest story of the decade. It was not.
The networks looked away. The advertisers preferred safer topics.
The cover-up did not end when the report was published — it continued in the silence of every newsroom that refused to chase it.

Then Elon Musk bought X.

The advertisers fled.
The press declared the platform finished.
X almost did not survive.

But it did.

And on X, the names of those towns started trending.
Rotherham.
Telford.
Rochdale.
Oldham.

Towns the country had been told to forget.

Britain understands itself differently today.
Not because the politicians confessed.
Not because the broadcasters apologized.
Because one platform refused to let it stay buried.

X almost did not survive.
1,400 children almost stayed forgotten.
