Soon after their victory, they came with the trophy to share their happiness with me. I could see the pride on their faces. For me, this is the happiness of KISS —to see our children study, play, win and move ahead in life with confidence.

Very happy to see the launch of the English Access Scholarship Program at KIIT, in collaboration with the U.S. Consulate General, Hyderabad, with support from RELO, U.S. Mission to India.

We were honoured to welcome a delegation from the U.S. Consulate to KIIT for this special occasion.

This one-year programme will help students from Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines anchor their communication, and research skills in U.S. standards. I always feel happy when our students get opportunities that help them learn, connect and grow at the global level.

I am also happy that this programme at KIIT carries forward our long association with the Access Program and the U.S. Mission to India.

My sincere thanks to the U.S. Consulate General, Hyderabad, and RELO for supporting this meaningful initiative for our students.

I am very much happy to meet and pay my regards in person to Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai Ji (@vishnudsai), Hon’ble Governor Shri Ramen Deka Ji (@GovernorCG), and Hon’ble Speaker Dr Raman Singh Ji (@drramansingh) during my half-day visit to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

During our interaction, I shared the work I have been doing for the last three decades in the field of education and tribal empowerment. We also had a very positive discussion on establishing a KISS branch in Raipur, with the support of the Government of Chhattisgarh, for the tribal children of the state, following the encouragement and advice of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Hon’ble Governor and Hon’ble Speaker.

I am very grateful to all three of them for the love, affection and respect they showed me during my visit, and for encouraging this work for the tribal children of Chhattisgarh.

Very happy and proud to see India hosting the BRICS Summit 2026 in New Delhi under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji.

BRICS today represents a significant share of the world’s population and economy, and therefore its decisions can make a real difference in areas like development, innovation, education, sustainability and opportunities for the Global South.

My best wishes to Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi Ji and all the participating leaders for a successful BRICS Summit 2026.

Happy to welcome Mr Kamlesh Shah, Chairman & Managing Director, Listenlights, to our KIIT & KISS campuses today.

He spent time visiting both campuses and saw the work being done here closely. I was happy to hear his appreciation for KIIT, KISS and the efforts we have been making in education and social development.

His visit is also special as KIIT and Listenlights are coming together through an MoU, which will open new avenues for industry–academia collaboration and create more learning and career opportunities for our students.

Very happy to know that the United Nations has declared 27 November as the International Day for the Elimination of Child, Early and Forced Marriage. The date has a special connection with India, as the Government of India had launched the national ‘Bal Vivah Mukt Bharat’ campaign on the same day, 27 November 2024, to work towards a child-marriage-free India.

At KISS, we have always believed that education is one of the strongest ways to protect a girl child from early marriage and give her the confidence to decide her own future. Over the years, we have seen many of our KISSian girls complete their higher education, become independent and marry around the age of 25–26 or later.

KISS has been working on this issue for many years through education, awareness and community outreach. Since 2022, our partnership with Jhpiego has taken this work further through peer education, tribal languages and traditional art forms. This effort also supports the spirit of Bal Vivah Mukt Bharat, launched on 27 November 2024, towards making India free from child marriage.

One of our KISSian girls from Mayurbhanj district of Odisha, herself a survivor of child marriage, is today pursuing higher education at KISS-DU and creating awareness in her own community. Stories like hers show how education can change the course of a girl’s life.

This decision of the United Nations gives more strength to the efforts being made everywhere to end child marriage and protect the future of every girl.

It was a pleasure to spend time with Prof. Cihan Cobanoglu, Provost and Full Professor of Business at Virscend University, California, USA, during his visit to our KIIT & KISS campuses.

He spent time visiting both campuses, saw the facilities closely and interacted with our team and students. I was very happy to hear his appreciation, especially when he said that many of the facilities and systems here are comparable with those he has seen in the United States.

Such words from an experienced international academic are very encouraging for all of us.

Very proud of my lovable KIIT & KISS cyclists for their wonderful performance at the 2nd State MTB Cycling Championship 2026 and Asmita Khelo India at Mahendragiri.

Our cyclists won 30 medals — 12 Gold, 10 Silver and 8 Bronze — and became Overall Champions, besides winning the Youth, Sub-Junior and Junior team categories and finishing runners-up in the Senior category.

Cycling has been an important part of our sports ecosystem, and I am glad that our athletes are able to train regularly at our own international-standard velodrome at KIIT. Such facilities are created so that our young sportspersons can practise well and prepare themselves for bigger competitions.

I am very happy to see our young boys and girls doing so well in cycling and bringing laurels to KIIT & KISS.

Heartiest congratulations to all our cyclists, coaches and the entire sports team. Keep working hard and keep making us proud.

On the occasion of Engineers’ Day, my warm greetings to all engineers and engineering students.

I also pay my humble tribute to Bharat Ratna Sir M. Visvesvaraya on his birth anniversary, whose life continues to inspire generations.

Yesterday evening was very special as I joined the Ganesh Puja celebration at the Ambani family residence, Antilia, in Mumbai, on the kind invitation of Smt. Nita Ambani Ji.

In the midst of the Puja and so many guests, Nita Ji, Mukesh Ji and Anant Ji personally took time out to receive me and spend time with me. We had a warm interaction and discussed several things close to our hearts.

During the evening, I spent a few minutes interacting with Anant Ambani Ji and found him to be very warm, humble and wonderful, despite the stature he holds.

I have always admired their simplicity, warmth and respect for people. I am very grateful to the entire Ambani family for their love and respect for my work. The evening was special with the darshan and blessings of Ganpati Bappa.

आज का दिन मेरे 40,000 प्यारे @kissfoundation आदिवासी बच्चों के लिए सेवा और प्रार्थना का विशेष अवसर रहा। सुबह ओडिशा सरकार द्वारा आयोजित रक्तदान कार्यक्रम में लगभग 3,000 KIIT और KISS के बच्चों ने रक्तदान कर मानव सेवा में अपना योगदान दिया।

इसके बाद सभी 40,000 KISS आदिवासी बच्चों ने मिलकर माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी का जन्मदिन मनाया। बच्चों ने महाप्रभु जगन्नाथ के समक्ष पूजा-अर्चना की, दीप जलाए और उनके अच्छे स्वास्थ्य, सुख एवं दीर्घायु के लिए प्रार्थना क���।

40,000 पवित्र हृदयों से निकली ये प्रार्थनाएँ और शुभकामनाएँ अपने आप में बहुत विशेष हैं। महाप्रभु जगन्नाथ माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी को सदैव स्वस्थ रखें और उन्हें देश की सेवा करते रहने की शक्ति प्रदान करें।

A very proud moment for our KIIT & KISS family as 54 of our student-athletes will represent India at the 20th Asian Games, Aichi-Nagoya 2026 in Japan.

From 14 athletes at the last Asian Games in Hangzhou to 54 this time, this journey makes me very happy. Our KIITians and KISSians will represent the country across seven sports, with 45 athletes in Athletics alone.

I am especially happy that Tajinderpal Singh Toor, who won Gold for India at the previous Asian Games, has been chosen as one of India’s flagbearers for the Opening Ceremony. Along with him, many of our experienced and young athletes will once again carry the hopes of the nation.

It also gives me great joy to see nine athletes from Odisha, including young talents from our tribal communities, being part of the Indian contingent.

For many years, we have tried our best at KIIT & KISS to give our sportspersons the facilities, coaching and support they need to fulfil their dreams. Seeing 54 of them wearing the India jersey at one Asian Games is very special for me.

My best wishes to all our athletes. Give your best for India and make the country proud.
