Songs are a window into culture, in the FIELD SONGS project, we collect traditional Syrian harvesting songs with internally displaced and refugee farmworkers in Syria and Turkey, to capture Syrians�� agricultural traditions and expertise.

In Syrian agriculture, songs are not only melodies, but also used to encourage hard work. In this video, we remember with you some of the songs and traditions related to agricultural work in northern Syria.
