@Simon_Hammann Hyperion allows to use tissue slices without dissociation. It evaporates tissues pixel-wise and transfers the ion plume to Helios. This is even more powerful, keeping the spatial information.

@Simon_Hammann Helios is a hybrid of a cytometer and TOF analyzer to detect heavy metal ions coupled to antibodies, nucleic acid probes or inhibitors. This allows to measure more parameters than conventional flow cytometry, but requires cells in suspension.
