Community Game builder! Enthusiast of small details and big patterns. Indigent interdisciplinarian. Chronically offline so I don't understand the reference, no
[What "game"?]
'game' is a set of community organizing 'templates' including a GUI for interacting with 'assets' on an actual map of the area that also acts as a ledger
'templates' are like D&D guidebooks, software, etc but for organizational & technical documentation
Take notes and almost always you'll find left over loot in the form of net sums you could have added with no loss to your priorities. Often those net sums are recovered losses from things you never knew got amputated, though you meticulously trimmed back the regrowth like a lawn.
Discipline is the aggressive side of the virtue of obedience to the unenforceable.
It's the holster of the weapons one carries to protect the ego through its results.
The passive side shapes the character by how one does everything else not enforceable.
How does one discipline their discipline?

Truly being curious makes the world a laboratory playground. Even identity is if we fix in place the things you care about, like family, duty etc but let the feelings, ways of thinking, and approaches vary to that result.
@_StevenFan I always thought the mutually unlovable tribes themselves as a doomed ploy at a redemption arc.
A mental coup attempt of the casino's management by mob logic.
@MashTunTimmy I used Monday for a bit, which was pleasantly rude but underneath still an ass kisser.
I long for a dominatrix a.i to mock my attempts at reasoning.
@RandomSprint whenever I find things I agree with I look for people I respect with opinions that differ to tell me why it's wrong. It's my kink to attack my every stance. That was all I was looking for, I haven't seen a good Jacobs takedown, was hoping you had one.
@RandomSprint Naturally, I wouldn't want that either. A book wouldn't change your mind about that the way a book on forest fires being good wouldn't stop you from leaving one.
Books were about why the fentanyl users and cars are there; Why is the city is there at all really.
@RandomSprint I take it you are not a fan of Jane Jacobs then? I read all her books, they make a decent case in the opposite direction. Id enjoy reading what your case would be against her arguments if you happen to have come across them before.
I copy-pasted these questions from @FluScim, & sorted them for answering in a chain of tweets
thread *ends* with a modification to this https://t.co/dsHoiTHMkq diagram that incorporates 3 examples & tries to overlay the 'community game' model onto 'service ecology...innovators'
🛑if brain tired stop here🛑
these are cards you would see on your phone, browser, or onsite interface
clicking on an asset on the map opens up a dashboard that lets you know how to interact with that asset
subscribing gets you notifications of tasks, harvests, events etc
@RandomSprint The ability to do this prob depends on your neurotype but forgetting is good for this itch. Reforming knowledge from new observations strengthens intuition for downstream abstractions. You become a naturalist in abstraction's ecology.
