@AnneRigail looking for help. KLM flight cancelled on Sat as we sat in airport for hours on end. We were then downgraded and put on flight to Amsterdam then Naples. No luggage to be found. I have tried every avenue to get a response. Just want my luggage please. Ref NAPKL10837
