The thought of playing GT7 in VR on PC is insane, hope they can actually get it working someday

[Chris Mizo @MizoChris]

🚨 Gran Turismo 7 is getting amazing work on KytyPS5, and the VR side eventually could happen 🔥

• GT7 reaches the World Map/main hub
• Menus and initial setup can work
• Rendering a 3D car remains a major blocker
• Developers traced one crash to an unsupported EQAA render-target configuration
• Experimental fixes are already being developed
• KytyPS5 also has groundwork for a “virtual VR headset”
• GT7 logs are already hitting PSVR2-related VrTracker2_v1 interfaces
• Those VR functions are NOT implemented yet
• Actual PSVR2/SteamVR/OpenXR gameplay does NOT work yet
• GT7 itself is still NOT playable

If KytyPS5 developers someday translate GT7’s PSVR2 interfaces into something like OpenXR, we could potentially see GT7 VR running with PC VR headsets.

Do you guys watch training camp clips to see which bench players might actually get minutes this season?

[Ramsis D. Dela Cruz @RamsisDela]

@wisepresido I hate how accurate this is honestly

[Ramsis D. Dela Cruz @RamsisDela]

I can barely keep track of all these NBA extension deadlines, front offices got a lot to remember

[Tony East @TonyREast]

Oso Ighodaro extension is a reminder to note: Tomorrow is the Pacers deadline for an extension for Jarace Walker, Ben Sheppard, Pascal Siakam, Ivica Zubac, Andrew Nembhard, Tyrese Haliburton, and Obi Toppin.

Respect for still getting the demo out with all that going on, hope people give useful feedback and have fun with it!

[TJ | Aftermath Z: Red Pine Lake 🏕🧟‍♂️ @AftermathZGame]

🚨Real talk campers!🚨
These past weeks have been really hard and I must be honest I was considering pulling the demo for Steam Next fest. With all the trouble with our house being damaged, getting the demo ready and getting it to a working state and working on the Patreon builds, it has been a lot.

That being said, I don't want to let the community down that have supported the game and I didn't want this Halloween to go wrong. So after locking in and a lot of caffeine I have decided to go ahead with the demo launch this next fest tomorrow!

Just to be transparent, there is some cut content and features that just need longer to cook, there is some bugs and issues I am aware of. But the point of this is so I can improve the game to make it a better experience for you. I will be reading through discussions on Steam!

So with this pre alpha demo, I hope to give you a taste of what's to come and to keep pushing fixes from your feedback.

I need to thank the patrons who supported the game because without them I wouldn't have made it this far, and for patrons I will be dropping a new build for Halloween!

Have fun at camp! 🏕️🧟‍♀️

Spending money you haven't made yet is such an easy way to stay broke, even when your income goes up.

[Mubbu @wizofecom]

The worst financial traps you can ever get into are:

> spending the expected profits from money you haven’t received yet to fund something that you really want in life. it defeats the purpose of delayed gratification, makes you impulsive, and destroys your ability to have any sort of long-term thinking as time goes on

I've been fortunate enough to work myself out of horrible financial habits.

Everyone around me, across my family, was either broke or made money and went broke through terrible spending habits:

- not saving
- not investing
- spending everything they had to buy something they desired

It kept us all one disaster or one problem away from a true disaster.

The solution is literally to give yourself a specific net worth or profit goal, and every time you hit a new milestone, decide what you’re allowed to buy with it.

That way, you’re always buying things AFTER your account has already grown a few times over.

So if you want a $100,000 car, make $500,000 in profit first.

My hot take is the Knicks make the Finals. I'm ready to be disappointed again

[KlawWrld @kawhi_ring]

Drop your hot takes for the NBA season and we will come back and see who’s right

The 3DS still getting maintenance in 2026 is kinda impressive, Nintendo really keeps these things alive

I actually like watching the Knicks fight for every offensive rebound, even if people call their games ugly.

[Mavs PR @MavsPR]

The Dallas Mavericks announced today that they have exercised the third-year rookie scale option on forward/guard Cooper Flagg.

At 19 years, 112 days, Flagg became the 2nd-youngest player in NBA history to garner Rookie of the Year honors behind LeBron James.

Cody Williams went 10th to Utah, Minnesota got Rob Dillingham at 8. Draft night gets confusing fast 😭

[Kyle Theige @KyleTheige]

How did Cody Williams fall all the way to the Timberwolves at #8 in the 2024 NBA Draft?!

[Ramsis D. Dela Cruz @RamsisDela]

CoD getting a decent reception feels like something I'd have to double check

[max 사 @cs_buh]

A new CoD launching into Early Access and getting Mostly Positive on Steam... man. Seeing this feels so surreal.. LOL

[Ramsis D. Dela Cruz @RamsisDela]

Would you call a timeout when your team gets the ball back with 10 seconds left, or let them play?

[Ramsis D. Dela Cruz @RamsisDela]

@Thechat101 melo was absolutely a no-brainer at the time

[Legion Hoops @LegionHoops]

JUST IN: Projecting the Spurs’ starting five for opening night:

I hope they clear up the guard rotation and give Brayden Burries real minutes. Would be rough to waste a top 10 pick.

[Jake Weinbach @JWeinbachNBA]

The Bucks should attempt to open up minutes for No. 10 overall pick Brayden Burries this season.

Milwaukee has explored potential deals for Kevin Porter Jr. and Caris LeVert to resolve the team’s roster crunch, per @JakeLFischer. Both veteran guards are on expiring contracts.

That pixel art looks so good, I'm always down for this kind of game.

Getting the original MW2 running across PS3, Xbox, and PC is ridiculous in the best way, I need this

[Jake Lucky @JakeSucky]

This team spent 3 months building a way for people to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 with full crossplay

- MW2 (2009)
- Must own a copy of the game
- Complete crossplay between PS3, XBOX, and PC
