The acceleration of AI won’t just come from stacking more GPUs or breaking ground on another data center. It requires coordinated investment across the entire AI stack.

From the top down, that stack includes ↴

↳ Model development: architecture design, optimization, and deployment frameworks

↳ Training data: high-quality, licensed, and validated inputs from the real world

↳ Compute: fabrication, GPUs, and hardware distribution

↳ Data centers: physical sites and cooling systems

↳ Critical minerals: copper, lithium, and rare earths for chips and infrastructure

↳ Energy: stable, renewable power to run hyperscale workloads

Each layer compounds the others. Energy shortages stall compute. Missing minerals stall chip supply. Poor data quality bottlenecks model development, and more GPUs can’t fix bad inputs.

Right now, model development at the top of the stack moves faster than the base can sustain.

That imbalance is why breakthroughs plateau and why even trillion-parameter models hallucinate on everyday inputs.

Real progress depends on equilibrium across the stack: physical infrastructure, verified data, and grounded models trained on reality.

Poseidon exists to fix one of the least developed and most consequential layers - real-world, AI training data.
