On peut mourir deux fois. La première fois, on vous enterre. La seconde, on bombarde votre tombe. Mon arrière-grand-père, mon grand-père, mon père et mes deux frères viennent de mourir une seconde fois, au Liban-Sud, sous les bombes de l’armée israélienne.

Regardez cette photo. C’est un cimetière. On ne distingue plus les tombes des gravats. Les pierres qui portaient nos noms sont retournées, brisées, mélangées. Il ne reste debout qu’une barrière de fer tordue, et le soleil qui se couche sur un champ de ruines où reposaient des générations.

Chez nous, on ne rentre pas au village sans passer d’abord par le cimetière. On salue les morts avant les vivants. On lave la pierre, on lit les noms à voix haute, on montre aux enfants où sont les leurs. J’ai appris le nom de mon arrière-grand-père devant sa tombe, pas dans un livre. C’est là que j’ai compris, enfant, que je venais de quelque part.

Un cimetière, c’est la mémoire d’un village écrite dans la pierre. Chaque tombe est la preuve qu’une famille a vécu là, génération après génération. Cette preuve ne se conteste pas et ne se falsifie pas. Alors on l’a bombardée.

Car il faut le dire pour ce que c’est. Les morts ne tirent pas. Les morts ne menacent personne. Bombarder un cimetière ne protège aucun soldat et ne gagne aucune bataille. Cela ne sert qu’une chose : faire disparaître la trace, pour qu’un jour on puisse prétendre que cette terre n’a jamais appartenu à personne. Ce n’est pas la guerre. C’est l’effacement de l’histoire d’une région, de son identité.
Je vis en France. La tombe de mon père était le fil qui me reliait encore au village : tant qu’elle existait, je savais où aller lui parler. Aujourd’hui, je ne saurais même plus dire où elle est, sous quelles pierres, dans quel angle de ce champ de gravats. Ce fil a été coupé une nuit, par des gens qui ne sauront jamais qui il était.

Mais regardez encore la photo. Entre les pierres brisées, des herbes poussent. Personne ne les a plantées. La terre, elle, n’oublie pas.

Alors je l’écris ici, à défaut de pouvoir le graver : mon père a vécu sur cette terre, son père avant lui, et le père de son père. Mes frères y dorment à leurs côtés. Une bombe peut briser leurs pierres. Elle ne peut pas faire qu’ils n’aient pas existé.

On a voulu réduire mes morts au silence. Alors moi, je ne me tairai plus

ترددتُ طوال أيام في أن أكتب لك هذه الرسالة، لكنني لم أعد أستطيع أن أحتفظ بهذا الأمر لنفسي.

في قريتنا في جنوب لبنان، كان لعائلتنا دائمًا مكان نلتقي فيه: المقبرة التي يرقد فيها جدّي الأكبر، وجدّي، ووالدي، وشقيقاي. ومن هناك كانت تبدأ كل عودة إلى القرية.

لقد تعرّضت هذه المقبرة للقصف. واليوم اختلطت القبور بالركام. أربعة أجيال تحت الأنقاض، وأنا لم أعد قادرًا حتى على العثور على شاهد قبر والدي.

قررتُ أن أتحدث عن ذلك علنًا، وأرفقتُ صورة:

هذه الصورة لا تعكس فقط خرق لقانون العقوبات في ما خص الصلات غير المشروعة مع العدو، بل ايضاً تعكس أزمة اخلاقية ووطنية كبيرة للتعاون مع من يبيد شعبنا، ويحتل ارضنا، ويحرق غاباتنا، ويقتلع اشجار الزيتون، ويقتل الصحافيين والمدنيين دون حساب وعقاب… هذا النموذج من الأشخاص هو نفسه الذي لا زال يعرقل بالتعاون مع أصحابه البنكرجية داخل المجلس النيابي وفي الإعلام الإصلاح الفعلي للمصارف، ناسفا كل محاولة لاقرار قوانين عادلة تنهي الازمة المصرفية، ضاربا عرض الحائط ليس فقط حقوق المودعين بل ايضاً اي فرصة لقيام قطاع مصرفي سليم كشرط لأي نمو اقتصادي.

فلا عجب بخيانته وتجاوزاته، بل العجب من صمت القيمين والمؤتمنين على القوانين.

هل تتجرّأ الحكومة على الإدانة...!

أم أنّ قتل الأبرياء ومعلّمي المدارس هو من ضمن حقوق الدفاع عن النفس وذلك وفق مواثيق الأمم المتّحدة وشرعة حقوق الإنسان كما شرّعها المفاوض اللبنانيّ في حقول اختباراته الوطنيّة؟

فمربّية تحتضن وطناً في عيون أطفالها قد أضحت عملا عدائيّاً يهدّد حسن النوايا ويجب إزالتها من خارطة السيادة المزعومة.

هل جرائم الحرب التي يشرّعها اتّفاق الغفلة هو التزام حسن النوايا من أجل تحقيق سلام عادل؟ أم أنّها حقّ أصيل في الدفاع عن النفس ووفق مواثيق الأمم المتّحدة؟
أم أنّ مربية مسالمة مع عائلتها تمارس حقّها الطبيعي في أرضها " غير المحتلّة عسكريًّا" هي عمل "عدائيّ" مباشر يبرّر جرم الإبادة بحسب ما تبنّاه المفاوض اللبنانيّ الذي لا يتعب كما الأسود؟
ويحك يا معتصماه الكرامة،. فلم تبقِ لأمّتي حتّى حقّ الاستغاثة وإقامة مراسيم الحداد لكرامة مستباحة وسيادة مكتومة الهويّة.

اليوم، يستمع العالم إلى ما يُقال إنّها الكلمات الأخيرة لإسبيرنزا غندور، مديرة مدرسة يوسف شمّون الرسمية.
وبحسب ما أوردته وسائل إعلام عدة، كانت في طريقها مع والدتها، وعاملة في منزل العائلة، وعامل سوري، لتفقّد منزلهم في النبطية الفوقا، عندما استهدف القصف الاسرائيلي السيارة التي كانت تقلّهم. لم تكن إذاً في ساحة قتال. لم تكن تحمل سلاحاً. كانت معلّمة، ومديرة مدرسة، وابنة، ومدنية.
لا ينبغي لأي إنسان أن يودّع الحياة بهذه الطريقة. خلف كل رقم يُضاف إلى حصيلة الضحايا، هناك اسم، وعائلة، وحياة، وأحلام، وأشخاص سيبقون يحملون وجع الفراق إلى الأبد.
إنّ حماية المدنيين ليست خياراً سياسياً، بل واجب قانوني وأخلاقي يفرضه القانون الدولي الإنساني. وكل ادعاء موثوق بوقوع انتهاكات بحق المدنيين يستوجب تحقيقاً مستقلاً ومحاسبة المسؤولين.
كم معلّماً، وكم طبيباً، وكم صحافياً، وكم طفلاً، وكم أماً وأباً يجب أن يسقطوا قبل أن يقرّر العالم أنّ الصمت لم يعد مقبولاً؟
الرحمة لإسبيرنزا غندور، ولكل المدنيين الأبرياء الذين استشهدوا ظلماً. ستبقى أسماؤهم شاهدة على أنّ للحروب وجوهاً بريئة تدفع الثمن الأكبر. أمّا السكوت فلا يحمي الأرواح، والصمت أمام قتل المدنيين ليس حياداً بل تخلّي عن أبسط معاني الإنسانية.

We welcome Prime Minister Carney’s condemnation of the “abominable treatment of civilians aboard the flotilla” and acknowledge Canada’s existing sanctions on Israeli Minister Ben-Gvir.

But one sanctioned minister does not equal accountability for this grotesque act of abuse against civilians. The illegal attack, kidnapping, and abuse of participants in this humanitarian mission was carried out by the Israeli military, not a single politician acting alone.

Canada must now move beyond these limited and insufficient measures, and impose broader sanctions against the Israeli regime, including the cancellation of the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement. The protection of Canadians and upholding of international law demands nothing less.

Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs has directed officials to summon the Israeli ambassador to demand assurances regarding the safety and security of Canadians involved.

Canada has already imposed strict sanctions on Mr. Ben-Gvir, including asset freezes and a travel ban, in response to his repeated incitement of violence. The protection of civilians and respect for human dignity must be upheld everywhere, at all times.
