@MsBovary @CitImmCanada They don’t want to address the issue of their system not putting an email address in the “to” section just the recipients name. It’s such an easy fix but instead they just keep us waiting and hurting. I feel pathetic begging for help to see my boyfriend.

It kills me knowing we have been approved for 21 days and I STILL can’t see my boyfriend. No email. The resent email didn’t arrive🤬
HOW ABOUT THE @CitImmCanada FIXES THIS ISSUE?!?! How hard is it to check and make sure the “to” section has an email
