I logged a complaint with @verynetwork after a #Very frustrating experience. I was told that someone would ring me within 3 days, and the customer care advisor team would ring within 7 days. Today I received an email telling me they'd closed my complaint. I have had zero contact!

What @HSBC_UK say is the process to change your name.
What they mean is:
- You need to book an appt. They tell u that once youve travelled to branch
- V few branches can do it so you have to travel far
- There are only appts between 9:30-11 so you’ll have to book time off work
