@AHS_Warranty @ICRicardoLara my next step is filling a report with the california insurance comissioner. Then a demand letter then court. Per your emoloyee the contract is "unethical" 23 years of being a customer. $20,000 in premium i have paid. Just horrible.

@AHS_Warranty Phone/emails not returned hours waisted HVAC unit is 30 years old needs to be replaced. Everyone agrees it is non repairable. $1500 of Freon to prove what we already know that there is an internal leak? Your own employee called the contract unethical do better.
