Just experienced poor customer service from their phone rep. Very unsympathetic and not very good at providing solutions. Maybe it’s best I wasn’t able to purchase a ticket using visa gift cards #SouthwestAirlines

@ftdflowers Trying to say I love You by using FTD. Unfortunately the flowers I order to arrive at noon today still haven’t been delivered and no one can seem to tell me if they will be delivered today or where they are or why they were delivered yet.
