@kokopuffs2325 I agree that transparency builds trust. Although, I also think that there are times when you have to hold yourself back when you're uncertain to provide clear direction to others, but for the most part, being open is the best strategy.

@bluedreamsjs I feel like people think once they're a leader, it means they have nothing left to learn, which is not true at all. I think a good leader can admit that they aren't the best the can be, and always strive to learn more and be better.

Digital leaders should be good at effectively communicating with their team. I feel it's easier for something to get lost in translation digitally, and it can be hard to keep up with everyone you need to and make sure they're all on the same page. #LIDCSU23
