@DuZhaowei1 Communication is definitely key to a successful leadership. After all, if no one can understand you, how will you be able to lead them? In that sense, the best way to be clearly communicative is to use simple language and go from Point A to B in your logic.

@jessiegender indeed has a big influence (in my humble opinion) on spreading awareness and promoting understanding of LGBTQ+ issues to otherwise ignorant audiences. She certainly taught me a lot over the years and deepened my admiration for trans folks' everyday bravery!
