I suggest extending to exit ramps / oncoming lanes at Harding and metering the oncoming traffic .

@MattINTraffic I-465 on the south side. If there were a longer exit lane at Harding and metered re-entry I bet it would cut down on the accidents from Harding to the river.
Hopefully the lane expansion will help. A lot of trucks pass through here.
