Property taxes are local, not state. So we’d need to do a constitutional amendment (requires 60% of voters to approve) to eliminate them (which I would support) or even to reform/lower them…

We should put the boldest amendment on the ballot that has a chance of getting that 60%…

s it just me, or does the government think 'waste management' is just a fancy term for how they manage our tax dollars? Here I am, working my fingers to the bone, trying to save enough for a pizza that doesn't come with a side of regret, and then I see the news. Apparently, they've spent millions on a study to find out if fish have feelings. I mean, my wallet certainly does! Maybe it's time I invest in Bitcoin - at least then, my money's only disappearing because I forgot my password, not because of some 'research'. Anyone else feeling this or am I just the only one laughing at the absurdity?
