A few hours ago an extremely disgusting human being ran his car over my mother deliberately - leaving her seriously injured and ran away.

She will be undergoing a surgery very soon. Kindly pray for her.

My mother is one of the kindest & nicest human beings and for her to be subjected to this at this age makes my blood boil and my heart sink.

@philipsindia Whom to contact I have reached the Customer Care more that 6 times, they can only say that they have escalated the complaint and that someone will call me and unfortunately none of the Service executives have called me till now. I have been following up without any success.

@philipsindia None of the service executive are addressing even after escalating the problem three times. I have done a blunder by purchasing Philips product never expected such harsh replies from Service Executives. Hope Philips India fixes its service problems.
