Replacement is a very time consuming long process and I need a eir buds in daily life. My work is interrupted in previous 16 days due to replacement. For again replacement of this worst pdt. I don't have time and what's the assurance this time I get a problem free pdt.?

My pdt. VS102 Pro has showed problem in charging and connectivity from 4 months from purchase. I replace it on 6 months as per warranty. But when I get replacement, I get a worst pdt., full in problems in connectivity and charging.

If I am not wrong network teams' work and coverage of jio has become the worst.
4G low speed issue has become very normal.
Despite repeated complaints, it is not resolved and is looked down upon.
