The new Reconciliation Bill requires one to work in order to receive SNAP. It eliminates the mortgage interest tax deduction, it removes non-profit states from all hospitals (think: St. Jude), it removes the minimum staffing requirement in nursing homes, assisted living, behavior care facilities, etc., and taxes students' scholarships & fellowships money - just to name a few.

The pre-existing condition waiver that the ACA affords us will be removed. Therefore, any conditions you have, from migraines to cancer will no longer be covered under your insurance. The bill was proposed by Andy Biggs last week. The ACA/Obamacare will also be repealed. So, as soon as March or April insurance companies can deny coverage for your disability and any preexisting condition.

I feel for you, I do. Yet, if 49% of us ** knew for over two years all of this (and more) was coming ** it's hard for us to have much empathy since you willingly chose this outcome. When you choose the behavior, you also choose the consequences. It's what you signed up for, Lance.
