@mahanagargas our residents of Rehana heights chs at Santacruz west are getting calls from below number and also whatsapp messages asking to update consumer numbers else meters will not be fitted. Then the person gets abusive also. Kindly indicate if these are genuine calls

@mroykapur @jio_fiber Had similar issues with Jio. Even complaints are either directed to a stupid chatbot or youre supposed to self troubleshoot. Then finally some chap does turn up and say your set top box is too far from router and won't work even though it was working for past 6 months!@JioCare

@JioCare JioTV+ is misbehaving set top box and remote seems slow, too much buffering barely able to watch any channels over your jio set top box. What is wrong ? Seems like many others are also having same issues
