@penelopep4386 @DoctorRedoric -Or just about any state within history with outdated core state philosophies that have outlived its contemporaries (the other WW2 and cold war era comic companies) several times over. I think the Byzantine Empire, USSR, Qing China, Ottoman Empire etc etc. Fit the bill better
