@mc2bees @AmericanAir Suffering the same with holdair handling. They are not responsive and let people in the middle of nowhere. No customer care at all. I don’t understand why we are pushed to check luggages if at the end they cannot deliver them!

@helplinedesk095 Your message is not understandable. My luggage is no where and i am left without any explanation. The company goldair handling is uselless. Never responding to the phone. This is unbelievable !
