The crazy part is that we scaled Rapid to 7 figures ARR without ever having a proper, functional website. Now the foundation is there.

The next chapter is much bigger: our ambition is to build Rapid into a $100M ARR company over the next 5–7 years, while building one of the strongest ecosystems for Shopify merchants.

The best way to get reviews is to actually talk to users in chat.

If you don’t have enough users yet, I’d focus first on distribution: join relevant ecom communities or try to build in public FOR MERCHANTS.

Once you have enough active users and conversations, reviews start coming much more naturally and then it compounds
