2- no manager can win with this team.

Stearns chose to bring back Senga, Peterson and Manaea. Stearns chose to trade 2 Top 100 prospects for 5 inning Freddy who is pitching like a # 4. Stearns chose to not get a first baseman even though he preached run differential. Where is the Accountability @StevenACohen2 #mets

I’d be shocked if @nyknicks don’t sweep this series. Not a Knicks fan so can say this with an objective point of view. They’re playing so well right now and have so many weapons. Playing with a lot of confidence and treating this like a business trip.

@bleednucksblue Doesn’t matter what those guys are doing, only what they could have gotten in return. Buxton hit 35 homers in 126 games last year. Freddy sucks and taxes a bullpen that is already shorthanded.

@SleeperMets Stearns gave up nothing for Robert. The issue is that he thought Robert would be an asset and he sucks. And then he traded Williams/ Sproat for 5 inning Freddy. Could those guys have gotten Buxton? The issue with Robert is that he sucks and acquiring him prevented a better option
