@allhopeissean I think the bigger concern for most people is that area literally has no infrastructure (read: roads) to handle that size development. That stretch is a too-busy cut-through as it is. And sticking a roundabout with one outlet over a set of busy train tracks will not fix it.
@RowlandRIVALS Duke, Gonzaga, Louisville. Wish we would play with intensity for 40 minutes of a game. Louisville played up to the moment. You don’t have to dig yourself out of a hole every time.

@DerekSTerry They aren’t good at playing football. Like not making plays, but just the act of being a football team. Penalties, coaching, game plan, discipline. There’s a big coaching issue and I’m not sure where it is, but I know where the buck stops and he’s got to address it.
Caveat being that Cal won’t go away from a mid range game. He’s correct that they can get that shot any time they want. But he hasn’t had anyone who kills it from there in a while.
@KySportsRadio interested to see your take on Houston. If you watch their last tournament game, they ate from the free throw line fadeaway jumper. Obviously that was that kid’s spot, but he got it at will and hit all of them. Are we just not getting our guys to ‘their’ spots?
@PaperMissiles Think they could make the B1 nuke capable pretty quick, and the 35 has been looked at too, right? You have to think while it’s on paper not, they have contingency plans?
@AllMikedUp_ Arkansas is just better man. It’s pretty clear. All phases. We can’t get a stop to save our lives and Oscar needs to sit. They generate offense without thinking about it. We just kinda wing-and-prayer it all.
