Question: Is it legal to ignore elementary SPED kids’ IEPs? Because…that is the point of IEPs, to modify instruction so those with special needs can learn. Reply with your state & lmk. Our school district seems to be on a very dark path re: IEPs. Wondering if we need legal help!
