When I try to cancel, they say it can’t be cancelled as it is not yet confirmed. What a pathetic sytem by MMT. No way to contact customer care bcs only Bots are answering my messages. I can’t reach a real human neither on chat nor on call.

I had ordered a HUAWEI GT5 smartwatch from Flipkart yesterday. There was a promised free earbuds with it(Huawei freebuds 5i) This was mentioned both in the product title and the banner in smart wearables section. Today when the product delivered there is no buds

@flipkartsupport Very much disappointed. Flipkart is fooling customers by providing false advertisements. I ordered for this smartwatch after seeing this banner and now flipkart is saying that this banner means I have to purchase this earbuds for Rs 6999. I got only the smartwatch.

@flipkartsupport Flipkart is cheating.they charged me 1999 twice in the name of apple pass on 1st October 2023. But when I tried to purchase the iphone using Apple pass, neither they delivered the phone nore they refunded the 1999 rupees .Going to Consumer court.
