@karaswisher @Hertz btw this is why @profgalloway is spot on in yesterday’s Pivot episode, when he says that travel is ripe for a customer-focused offer. Add up the nickel and diming across the entire value chain, and a Prime-like “rundle” starts making a lot of sense!

@karaswisher @Hertz Charging 6 bucks a day extra for “renting” the toll transponder (because it’s clearly not a part of the actual car you are renting 🙄) so you can drive said car on highways that have no toll booths, and hence no other option to pay..
